Shiso Leaf

I traded half a bunch of basil for half a bunch of shiso leaf (also a member of the mint family). I’ve been trying to sneak it in where possible unexpectedly. It has a very distinctive taste that some might be surprised by. I love it! Any recommendations? Here’s what I’ve done so far….
