Zucchini Blossoms

Last week I scored a whole bag full of zucchini blossoms for only $1! My last one in fact. I made a pizza adorned with the lovely blossoms and their counter parts zucchinis, then fried the rest a couple days later. They were delicious! I also learned that the male blossoms with the big stamen and stem are the best for cooking so be on the lookout. I love edible flowers!
