Lee Hazlewood lives again!

After many years of searching far and wide for Lee Hazlewood records finally Light In The Attic Records (which reminds me) is adding his discography to their already impressive reissue catalog! This is exciting for those less crazy when it comes to seeking them out. There are quite a few in our collection which took years and patience to come by. They have been out of print for many years and cherished by those who own them (i gather) so not many are resold. I would have gladly travelled to Sweden where many of them reside. A dream. But there ain’t no train to Stockholm. He is thee best!

This was in the dollar bin at Amoeba. It’s worth a dollar alone for the cover and gatefold photo.

In Texas record shops Lee is in the “Texas Music” section.

His only non-Lee cover yet it is my favorite.

The Record Store Day compilation: Singles, Nudes, & Backsides. A surprise once the packaging is removed.

About Soup and the Clouds

I treasure the small adventures in life. Such as, listening to records, making jam from farmer's market produce, seeing new sites, eating the best tomato I've ever had, reading a good book, watching a film, appreciating a good font, going for a long bike ride or walking down a street I've never walked on before. The list goes on.
